From the kitchen you will need
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin (370g)
- Cold Milk 3 cup (750ml)
- Egyptian Rice, cooked 2 cup (150g)
- Corn Flour 4 tbs (50g)
- Cardamom Powder 1 tsp (5g)
- Raisins, presoaked for 1 hour 1 cup (100g)
- Cinnamon Powder (optional garnish) 3 tsp (10g)

In a saucepan combine Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk, Milk, Rice, Corn flour, Raisins and Cardamom Powder and cook over medium heat until thickened.

Remove from heat and equally divide between 12 jars.

Garnish with cinnamon powder and serve cold.
