- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
- Baklava dough 1 pack
- Almonds (grounded) 1 cup
- Ghee (melted) 1 cup

Spread out the baklava dough and start dipping a wide pastry brush into the ghee and spread it out onto the dough.

Sprinkle a teaspoon of almonds onto the baklava dough.

Place wooden skewer at the endof the dough and start rolling it over slowly with gentle pressure then push the sides closer to each other and then place the wooden skewer horizontally.

Knead the dough and cut to your preference.

Leave a gap in the center of the baklava as it gives the baklava a unique crispiness.

Place the baklava in the oven.
