Banoffee Pie Recipe
From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- For the crust:
- Butter (melted) 2/3 cup
- Biscuits 180g or 16 biscuits
- For the filling:
- Nestlé® Caramelized Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
- For the decoration:
- Banana (sliced) 1 piece
- Chantilly Cream 1 cup
- Chocolate (grated) Optional

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C.

Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and place the mixture in a 20cm pietray.

Bake in the oven for a few minutes and let it cool for 1 hour.

Pour the Nestlé® Caramelized Sweetened Condensed Milk onto the baked crust.

Add the banana slices and garnish with Chantilly cream and grated chocolate.
