Beid El Qata

From the kitchen you will need
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
- Rose Water 1 tablespoon
- Walnuts (ground) 1 cup
- Water ¼ cup
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom (ground) 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon
- Corn Oil ¼ cup
- Flour 2 cups
- Sugar (powdered) 2 cups

For the dough, in a bowl mix Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, flour, water, baking powder and cardamom.

Mix and turn until the dough becomes very soft.

Leave the dough for half an hour to rest.

For the filling, add 2 tablespoon of Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk to the ground walnuts, cinnamon, cardamom and rosewater.

Flatten a small piece of dough in a round shape and add the filling within and close it.

Fry the stuffed dough pieces until the color turns golden.

Remove to cool and dip the fried dough pieces in Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk. Then dip again in powdered sugar.

Add some cardamom as a topping to the beid el qata.
