From the kitchen you will need
- For the dough:
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
- Butter (cubed, room temperature) 50 g
- Milk 75 ml
- Yeast 15 g
- Eggs 2 large
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Flour 3 cups
- Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
- For the topping:
- Butter (melted) 100 g
- Cinnamon (ground) 1 tablespoon
- Caster Sugar 1 cup

Dissolve the yeast in slightly warmed milk.

Whisk together flour and salt, then make a well in the center.

Add cubed butter, Nestlé®Sweetened Condensed Milk, eggs lightly beaten, vanilla extract, milk and yeast mixture. Knead the dough until firm and does not stick to the hands.

Form the dough into a ball and put in a bowl brushed with oil. Cover with cling film paper brushed with oil and leave aside to rise for 30 minutes.

Remove dough from bowl and cut it into 9 portions of the same size (around 80g). Form the balls and put in a tray or cake pan.

Leave aside to double in size covered with a kitchen towel (around 40 mins).

Meanwhile, combine topping ingredients (butter, sugar, and cinnamon).

Preheat oven to 170°C. Brush dough with cinnamon topping and bake for 15 minutes (cover with foil after 10 minutes).

To remove from pan, use a silicon spatula on the sides of the tray when cool, then transfer to a cooling rack.
