Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

- For the crust:
- Biscuits (Digestive, Tea) 250g 1 cup
- Butter 15g 1 tablespoon
- Water 1 tablespoon 15g
- cocoa powder 2 tbsp 30g
- For the cream filling:
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
- Cream Cheese 2 cups
- Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon 5g
- Gelatin Powder 2 tablespoons
- Hot water 1 cup
- Dark chocolate melted 300 g

In a mixing bowl. Combine biscuit crumbs, Butter, water, and cocoa powder. Mix everything until well combined. Press the biscuit mixture over the base of a 20-cm loose-bottom cake pan. Place it in the fridge.

Beat cream cheese, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed milk, vanilla, and melted chocolate in an electrical mixer until the mixture becomes smooth.

Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, mix well to dissolve it, and add it to the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared base. Place in the fridge for 3 hours, or until the cheese mixture becomes firm. Garnish with strawberries, optional.
