From the kitchen you will need
- Fresh Cream 500 ml
- Full Fat Milk 500 ml
- Egg Yolk 7 pcs
- Nestle® Condensed Milk 120 g
- Vanilla Syrup 10 ml
- GARNISH
- Sugar 100 g
- Mixed Berries 120 g
- Mint Leaves

In a small casserole boil milk, cream and Nestle® condensed milk.

Mix egg yolk with vanilla syrup. Slowly add the milk and cream while mixing using a hand whisk.

Place the mixture in a cup and place on baking tray.

Add water to the tray and bake the cups for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove cups from oven and water tray and cool for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.

ASSEMBLY: Sprinkle brown sugar to the top of the crème and burn using a torch until a golden crystal crust forms.

GARNISH: Serve with fresh berries and mint leaves.
