- For the crust:
- Biscuits (Digestive or Tea) 250-g 1 cup
- Butter 15-g 1 tablespoon
- Water 15-g 1 tablespoon
- For the cream filling:
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
- Cream Cheese 2 cups
- Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin Powder 1.5 tablespoons
- Hot water 1 cup
- Dried dates 1 cup, 200 g, seeded and chopped
- Date Syrup (for garnish ) 50-g

In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs, butter, and water, and mix everything until well combined. Press the biscuit mixture over the base of a 20-cm loose-bottom cake pan. Place it in the fridge.

Beat cream cheese and Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk in an electrical mixer or with the hand until the mixture becomes smooth or. Fold in the dates.

Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, mix well to dissolve it, and add it to the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared base. Place in the fridge for 3 hours, or until the cheese mixture becomes firm, it is ideal to leave it overnight.

Drizzle date syrup on top of it. Garnish with date pieces
