Lotus Brownie Recipe

From the kitchen you will need
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Unsweetened coco powder 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Lotus Biscuit spread 1/2 cup
- Lotus Biscuit crumbs 1/2 cup

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spread the Lotus Biscuit Spread over the brownie batter and sprinkle the Lotus Biscuit cookie crumbs on top.

Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie spread and cookie crumbs. Use a spatula to spread the batter evenly.

Bake the brownies for 25–30 minutes in the preheated oven at 175 °C, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool to room temperature.
