From the kitchen you will need

  • Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Unsweetened coco powder 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Lotus Biscuit spread 1/2 cup
  • Lotus Biscuit crumbs 1/2 cup

Step by Step

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spread the Lotus Biscuit Spread over the brownie batter and sprinkle the Lotus Biscuit cookie crumbs on top.

  • Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie spread and cookie crumbs. Use a spatula to spread the batter evenly.

  • Bake the brownies for 25–30 minutes in the preheated oven at 175 °C, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool to room temperature.
