Lotus Cheesecake Recipe

From the kitchen you will need
- For the crust:
- Lotus Biscuits 250g 1 cup
- Butter 15g 1 tablespoon
- Water 15g 1 tablespoon
- For the cream filling:
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
- Cream Cheese 2 cups
- Vanilla Extract 5g 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin Powder 2 tablespoons
- Hot water 1 cup
- Lotus Spread 4 tablespoon (60g)

In a mixing bowl. Combine biscuit crumbs, Butter, and water; mix everything till well combined. Press the biscuit mixture over the base of a 20-cm loose-bottom cake pan. Place it in the fridge.

Beat cream cheese, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed milk, and vanilla in an electrical beater until the mixture becomes smooth

Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, mix well to dissolve it, and add it to the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared base. Place in the fridge for 3 hours, or until the cheese mixture becomes firm.

Before serving Melt the Lotus Spread in the microwave for 10-second or on low heat on the stovetop. Pour the melted Lotus Spread all over the top of the cheesecake. Garnish with a Lotus crumbs
