Mango Pudding Recipe
From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- Water 750 ml
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin 370 g
- Nestlé® Cream 170 g
- Canned mango nectar 2 cups
- Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
- Caster Sugar 2 tablespoon
- Corn Flour 0.75 cup
- Libby's Fruit cocktail 1 tin

Add water, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, Nestlé® Cream, mango juice, vanilla, sugar and corn flour in a large saucepan.

Bring to boil with constant stirring until it thickens.

Place some fruit cocktail in individual cups and pour the mango pudding over it.

Set aside to cool to room temperature and then place in the fridge until ready to serve.
