Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • Fresh Cream UHT 1 Liter
  • Nestle® Condensed Milk 120 g
  • Vanilla Syrup 12 ml
  • Gelatin Paper 14 g
  • Ice Cubes 300 g
  • SAUCE
  • Raspberry Jam or Raspberry Sauce 320 g
  • GARNISH
  • Fresh Raspberry 47 g
  • Fresh Mint Leaves 6 g

Step by Step

  • In bowl soak gelatin paper with ice cubes and water.
  • Using small pot, reheat fresh cream with vanilla syrup and nestle® condensed milk. Make sure that the temperature does not reach more than 80 degrees.
  • Strain gelatin paper from ice and water and then add to cream mixture.

  • Mix well to ensure all gelatin is melted.
  • Place in a glass jar and refrigerate for 3 hours

  • ASSEMBLY: Top with raspberry jam or sauce, fresh raspberry, and mint leaves.
  • SERVING: Serve cold below 7 degrees.
