Raspberry Panna Cotta Recipe
From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- Fresh Cream UHT 1 Liter
- Nestle® Condensed Milk 120 g
- Vanilla Syrup 12 ml
- Gelatin Paper 14 g
- Ice Cubes 300 g
- SAUCE
- Raspberry Jam or Raspberry Sauce 320 g
- GARNISH
- Fresh Raspberry 47 g
- Fresh Mint Leaves 6 g

In bowl soak gelatin paper with ice cubes and water.

Using small pot, reheat fresh cream with vanilla syrup and nestle® condensed milk. Make sure that the temperature does not reach more than 80 degrees.

Strain gelatin paper from ice and water and then add to cream mixture.

Mix well to ensure all gelatin is melted.

Place in a glass jar and refrigerate for 3 hours

ASSEMBLY: Top with raspberry jam or sauce, fresh raspberry, and mint leaves.

SERVING: Serve cold below 7 degrees.
