Red Velvet Brownie Recipe

- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- White chocolate melted 200g
- Raspberries 250 g
- Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup
- Large eggs 2
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- CHEESECAKE SWIRL
- Cream cheese, softened 225g
- Large egg 1
- Vanilla extract 1tsp

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, white chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a bowl, Add the powdered sugar to the raspberries and crush well. Add to one of the cheese mixtures and mix on low speed to combine. Add it to the brownie batter

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.

For the swirl, Combine the cream cheese, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

Use a knife to create swirls of cheesecake in the batter and bake for 25–30 minutes at 175 °C, or until a toothpick emerges with a few moist crumbs.
