From the kitchen you will need

  • Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
  • Cream cheese softened 2 cups
  • Large eggs 4
  • Flour all-purpose 1/2 cup
  • vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
  • unsalted butter melted 1/4 cup
  • Heavy cream 1/4 cup
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup

Step by Step

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix until well combined.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the all-purpose flour and vanilla extract.

  • Add the melted butter, heavy cream, and granulated sugar to the mixture and mix until well combined.

  • Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.

  • Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly soft.

  • Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
