San Sebastian Cheesecake Recipe

- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
- Cream cheese softened 2 cups
- Large eggs 4
- Flour all-purpose 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- unsalted butter melted 1/4 cup
- Heavy cream 1/4 cup
- Granulated sugar 1/2 cup

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the all-purpose flour and vanilla extract.

Add the melted butter, heavy cream, and granulated sugar to the mixture and mix until well combined.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.

Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly soft.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
