Strawberry Cheesecake

From the kitchen you will need
- For the crust:
- Digestive Biscuits 1 packet
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Water 1 tablespoon
- For the cream filling:
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin (at room temperature) 370g
- Cream Cheese (low fat) 2 cups (at room temperature)
- Strawberries 300g (1 and a half cups)
- Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon
- Gelatin Powder 2 tablespoons
- Hot water 1 cup
- Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

Combine biscuit crumbs, butter, and warm water. Rub the ingredients with your fingertips

Press the biscuit Mixture over the base of a 20-cm loose-bottom cake pan. Place it in the fridge.

Beat cream cheese, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed milk, and vanilla in an electrical beater until the mixture becomes smooth.

In a bowl, Add the powdered sugar to the strawberries and crush well. Add to the cheese mixture and mix on low speed to combine.

Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, mix well to dissolve it, and add it to the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared base. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until the cheese mixture becomes firm.

Top it with whipped cream & Berry Jam and garnish with fresh strawberries and other toppings of your choice (which are pink and white in color)
