Light Baked Apple Cheesecake Recipe

- Red apple 7 pieces
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 395g 1 tin
- Light cream cheese 1 cup
- Egg 1 piece
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts 0.25 cup
- Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 200°C and place wired rack.

Prepare cupcake pan, cut the top of the apples and chop them into small cubes.

Scoop out the seeds using a small spoon. Place the apples in the cupcake pan. Tip: Save the apple flesh for other recipes.

In a bowl, mix together ¾ of the Nestlé® fat free sweetened condensed milk with the cream cheese, egg and vanilla using a whisk then divide the mixture among the apples.

Sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon.

Bake the apples until golden.

Place the apples in the refrigerator for many hours and pour the rest of the Nestlé® fat free sweetened condensed milk before serving.
