3 Way Cheesecake Recipe

- For the crust:
- Tea Biscuits 1 cup (250g)
- Butter 1 tablespoon (15g)
- Water 1 tablespoon (15g)
- For the cream filling:
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin (370g)
- Cream Cheese 2 cup (500g)
- Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon (6g)
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon (15g)
- Gelatin Powder 2 tablespoon (30g)
- Hot Water 4 tablespoon (60g)
- For the topping: Salted Caramel
- Nestlé Caramel Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeezy 4 tablespoon (60g)
- Sea Salt 5 g
- For the topping: Lotus Spread
- Lotus Spread 4 tablespoon (60g)
- For the topping: Berries Coulis
- Raspberries 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tablespoon

In a mixing bowl, combine Biscuits crumbs, Butter, and Water, mix everything till well combined Press the biscuit mixture over the base of 20cm loose bottom cake pan.

In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese with Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and Vanilla until mixture becomes smooth Add Lemon juice to the cheese mixture until combine

Sprinkle Gelatin over hot water mix well to dissolve add it to the cream mixture stir constantly

Pour Cream cheese mixture into prepared base. Place in the fridge for 3 hours or until cheese mixture become firm.

Before Serving Drizzle with the Topping of your choice – Nestle Squeezy Caramel and Sea Salt or Berries Jam or Lotus Spread.

For the Berry Jam - Add raspberries and sugar together and simmer over medium heat for 8 – 10 minutes or until texture resembles a chunky jam. Set aside and cool in a refrigerator before pouring over the cheesecake.
